Behind the Scenes

This is an ever-growing collection of barefoot reviews, updates, and information that I maintain simply because I adore barefoot shoes. Nothing triggers me more than realising that almost none of the shoes in shops are shaped like feet!

So I test shoes, compare brands and dig into details. I love quality materials and gorgeous aesthetics, but also love bang for my buck – I often highlight genuinely good options that don’t cost a fortune. I’m UK based, but look at global brands too.

My toddler side-kick is assisting me in testing shoes on the smaller side.
